A Vision Of Love

Last night I had a vision of you and me
I was bare feet on a white sandy beach
Wearing a long flowing dress
Flowers of Jasmine adorn my hair
Tropical palms dance and sway in the summer breeze
The waves rush in to greet me
The birds singing songs of love
My hair blowing in the wind
As I look beyond the horizons
I ask God to send me a miracle
Suddenly I heard a voice say “hello Island Girl”
I turned around to see the familiar voice calling out to me
Is that you blue eyes?
The man I once knew
The one who captured my heart?
With his beautiful eyes and sexy walk
Whose smile makes me melt?
I fell to my knees in disbelief
That your spirit had found me
You took me by the hand
Pulled me close to your heart
I could feel it beating for me
Your lips met mine…it was just like the first time
The windows of heaven opened to pour down it blessings of love
The angels and cherubs sang songs of joy
